Standard terms and Condition
- All Check in are after 15:00 ( in case you need earlier to check in please inform us we will do our best if possible )
- Check out must be made by 11.00
- Cancellation are acceptable if made at least two week before the arrival date, for full refund . 20% cancellation fee will be charged if less than two week is cancellation .
- Children of any age are welcome . Baby cot can be provided upn request at no extra cost.
- NO Age restriction.
- Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden. 200 EUR penalty if smoke in the premises is seen.
- NO PETS allowed.
- NO parties . Events are allowed .
- Relax time between 14.00-16.00 is accepted in Greece and must be observed and quite.
- Any damages, broken furniture or equipment must be reported to the host , big damaeges will be paid in double size. Found not reported damaged will be paid in 3 times size.
